Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at purchasing@twoarrowsstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond promptly with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases, we'll make it right at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
Certain items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened consumables and personal care items. If you're unsure whether an item is returnable, just ask — we're happy to clarify before you buy.
